So, apparently I should have gotten up a bit earlier this morning.
I say this because it’s almost time to leave for work and I haven’t gotten my post written for the day.
In fact I decided I’d write this post from within my post editor on the website. Instead of writing in a file locally on my computer first.
Mailing it In
Since I decided I was going to be mailing it in this morning I thought I better take a look at what that term actually meant. I’d hate to be using the English language incorrectly.
Some parts of this article cover exactly how I’m feeling this morning and why I’ve decided to “mail it in.”
Wait Don’t You Have An Extra Hour?
I believe that a person should always be honest about the reasoning behind doing a “less full job than they could have,” so here is why.
In one of the last couple posts I said that I kind of have an extra hour in the mornings since I’ve started working for a new company. Well, that is still true (although I got a key yesterday so I could technically go in earlier).
Here is why I can’t write more this morning. Yoders’ Farm.
Basically there is an email/blog post that I’m working on for the farm email list. That seemed more important this morning because we are in the middle of one of our busiest times of the year… and people need to know about strawberries, tomatoes and an upcoming couple of things.
So, that’s it.
That is why I’m mailing it in a bit on this project.
Happy Wednesday!
We’ll return to regular programming tomorrow.
