Thursday. The last day of the month.

I’m not entirely sure what all is going to be in the Newsletter yet, but I do know of a few things and I need to go through my last months worth of ideas yet… hopefully it will be worthwhile for you.

Also, on a note with the Newsletters, have any of you who receive the daily newsletter been getting more than one email each day? There is a potential issue with the email program I am using, if it is sending duplicate emails I need to change something.

In Terms of Processing the Photo – Technically

All right, this image is really quite simple.

As far as making the image I didn’t use a telephoto or macro lens. Instead I used a short zoom lens set at f-2.8 and that allowed me to get a somewhat blurred background, but not a totally blown background like might have happened if I had used a telephoto or macro lens.

When I brought the RAW file into Lightroom I didn’t do to much to the image. A few basic adjustments and it was good to go. I added a bit of a split tone and a small bit of vignetting.
