Good evening everyone…

Here is another shot that was taken the same night as the Volvo shot from last Friday.

The main reason that I wanted to post this sequel is to make a note of one little thing that is a rather important thing.

And that brings us to the “technical” part of the post.

Technically – In Terms of Processing the Photo

As far as how the image was created, in the camera and in post processing, you can read all of that in the Ode to Life post from last Friday.

But what I want you to notice in this image (and in most architectural images) is the lights.

This was one of the first things that I learned as I was shooting for a few local clients. The lights need to be on. Almost always.

Somehow it gives the images a life that just doesn’t exist if the lights are off.

Just a small thing – but it makes a huge difference.
