Tuesday… February 12th… In some ways it’s different. In some ways its the same.
I quit anticipating birthdays a long time ago. Not that it isn’t nice to get a bunch of folks to say something on your Facebook wall, or sweet texts from your siblings, or any good thing!
But somewhere along the trail between 1 and 25 I quit looking forwards to birthdays quite so much.
So I decided to celebrate today with a Dove chocolate and was greeted with this – “Sleep under the stars tonight…”
I don’t want to wax philosophical… but that’s ridiculous. It’s February and it’s supposed to get cold tonight. Don’t the folks at Dove chocolates know about general weather patters?
Oh well….
I think I’ll say goodbye for now and come back with “normal” stuff tomorrow.
